This book is intended for clinicians and deals with the equine dermatology problems commonly seen in practice. Beginning with how to approach a case, it covers case history, signalment, identificaton of primary vs secondary lesions and the distribution of lesions, with examples of differential diagnoses based on the detection of specific lesions. The book is then organized by disease, with chapters addressing problems and symptoms such a pruritus, allregy, parasitic, crusting, nodules, ulcerative and crusting dermatoses.
